All spray booths are fully ETL-listed at no extra charge to ease the permitting process.
Engineered for Your Site
Engineered for your installation site with drawings, airflow calculations, and basic electrical and power documentation, so your permit submission goes in with what reviewers expect. Stamped structural and seismic engineering is available as a paid option.
Two-Stage Filtration
Intake filtration consists of tackified polyester filters so only clean air enters the booth. Exhaust filtration uses fiberglass media for high-efficiency paint removal as air exits.
Belt-Driven Exhaust
Air is exhausted by a belt-driven tubeaxial fan with an aluminum bladed propeller, engineered for low noise levels.
Class 1 Div 2 LED Lighting
Booths come standard with LED tube lights at up to 10,000 lumens each. Fixtures are all inside-access and Class 1 Division 2 rated.
18-Ga Galvanized Steel
Panels come pre-punched for easy nut-and-bolt assembly, with multi-ribbed outdoor-rated panels on the exterior sides and top. Various colors available, plus full installation instructions and 3D SolidWorks modeling.
Fiberglass Insulation
Insulation enhances thermal efficiency and climate control, holding temperatures steady and protecting against weather extremes.
Positive-Pressure Air Makeup
Intake fans or heated air makeup units supply filtered intake air, creating positive pressure that keeps contaminants out and ensures clean airflow.

Cross Flow
Front Air Flow
Air enters through filters at the front of the booth and flows horizontally over the product, exiting at the rear. A cost-effective option that requires no concrete pit.
Reverse Flow
Rear Intake
Air enters from the rear of the booth and is exhausted near the entry doors. This layout helps keep the front of the booth clean and often incorporates heated air intake.
Modified Down Draft
Semi Down Draft
Air enters from the ceiling near the front and flows diagonally toward the rear exhaust. Offers better airflow than crossflow without the need for a pit.
Side Down Draft
Sidewall Plenums
Air flows from the ceiling down and exits through low sidewall exhaust plenums. Delivers a downdraft effect without requiring floor grating.
Down Draft
Pit Required
Air enters from the ceiling and flows straight down over the product, exiting through the floor. This provides the cleanest finish with minimal overspray contamination.
