Any shipment/delivery timeframes provided at checkout are only estimates and California Pulse does not guarantee shipment/delivery within any such timeframe. California Pulse will not be liable for any loss or damage (including any loss of use or loss of profits) incurred by You as a result of any failure to deliver Your order on a particular date. Risk of loss and title to the Product(s) will pass to You upon California Pulse’s transfer of the Product(s) to the carrier.
