California Pulse
Shipping Policy
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY: Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days of California Pulse’s receipt of Your order. Once Your order ships, California Pulse will send You an email that includes tracking information. Any shipment/delivery timeframes provided at checkout are only estimates and California Pulse does not guarantee shipment/delivery within any such timeframe. California Pulse will not be liable for any loss or damage (including any loss of use or loss of profits) incurred by You as a result of any failure to deliver Your order on a particular date. Risk of loss and title to the Product(s) will pass to You upon California Pulse’s transfer of the Product(s) to the carrier. California Pulse ships to addresses within the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
SHIPMENTS TO CANADA: Orders delivered to Canada are exported from the United States and must be cleared through customs by You or by the customs broker You designate. Unless Your quote or order confirmation expressly states otherwise, You are the importer of record and are responsible for all customs clearance, duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, and any federal, provincial, or territorial taxes assessed on import. California Pulse will provide the commercial invoice, packing list, and country-of-origin information required for clearance.
SHIPMENTS TO MEXICO: Orders delivered to Mexico are exported from the United States and must be cleared through Mexican customs. Unless Your quote or order confirmation expressly states otherwise, You are the importer of record, You must hold the import registrations required under Mexican law, and You are responsible for engaging a licensed Mexican customs broker and for all customs clearance, duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, and any taxes assessed on import, including value added tax (IVA). California Pulse will provide the commercial invoice, packing list, and country-of-origin information required for clearance.
Delivery timeframes for shipments to Canada and Mexico do not include time in transit at the border, and California Pulse will not be liable for any delay caused by customs inspection, clearance, or any other action of a government authority. Freight for custom-manufactured equipment is quoted per project, and the delivery terms stated on Your quote or order confirmation control.
For how a cross-border project actually runs, including freight, the documents we prepare, and the code and certification requirements that apply in each country, see the delivery pages below.
