Cross-Border Delivery

Yes, we deliver to Canada

Buying finishing equipment from a U.S. manufacturer should not mean managing a shipment you have never handled before. We build the system, crate it for the road, arrange the freight, and hand your broker a clean set of documents at the border. You get one point of contact from the first drawing to the day it lands.

Canadian buyers work with the same engineering team, the same ETL-listed designs, and the same technical support as our customers in the States. Nothing about the product changes at the border. Only the logistics do, and that part is ours to sort out.

Freight quoted to your site

We arrange cross-border trucking from our Apple Valley, California plant to your dock, and quote the freight with the equipment so there is no surprise at the end.

Customs paperwork prepared

Commercial invoice, packing list, and origin details go out with every Canadian shipment, ready for your customs broker to clear at the border.

Crated for the long haul

Panels, fans, ducting, and controls are packaged for over-the-road transport and winter conditions, with a packing list you can check off as it lands.

Documentation for your AHJ

Engineered drawings, airflow and ventilation calculations, and electrical documentation come with the system so your local authority has what it needs.

Code & Permitting

Built to clear inspection

Our systems are ETL Listed by Intertek and engineered to NFPA 33 and NFPA 86, and every project ships with engineered drawings, airflow and ventilation calculations, and electrical documentation.

Canadian provinces set their own requirements, and some authorities ask for a locally recognised mark or a field evaluation once the equipment arrives. Tell us your province and the authority you report to before you order. We will confirm in writing what listing and paperwork your project needs, so nothing is discovered after the truck is unloaded.

Answers

Shipping to Canada, answered

Still have a question? Send it with your project details and our sales team will answer it in writing.

Do you really deliver to Canada?

Yes. We build every system at our plant in Apple Valley, California and ship it north to Canadian customers. Tell us your delivery address when you request a quote and we will price the equipment and the freight together.

Who handles customs and duties?

Your customs broker clears the shipment at the border, and duties, GST/HST, and any provincial tax are assessed on import. We supply the commercial invoice, packing list, and country-of-origin details your broker needs. If you would rather have the freight quoted only to the border instead of to your dock, say so and we will price it that way.

Will the booth meet Canadian code and pass inspection?

Our systems are ETL Listed by Intertek and engineered to NFPA 33 and NFPA 86. Canadian provinces set their own requirements, and some authorities ask for a mark recognised locally or a field evaluation on arrival. Tell us your province and the authority you report to before you order, and we will confirm in writing what listing and documentation your project needs.

How long does a Canadian order take?

Build time is typically 6 to 16 weeks depending on the product and scope, plus transit and border clearance. We confirm your exact timeline with the quote.

Can you install it, or do we?

Either way works. Many Canadian customers install with their own contractor using our drawings, documentation, and remote support from our technical team. Ask about on-site installation and we will scope it with your quote.

What currency will the quote be in?

Tell us your preference when you send the project details and we will confirm currency, payment terms, and delivery terms in writing before anything is built.

Is the system custom, or off the shelf?

Custom. Every booth, oven, and heater is engineered around what you finish, the space you have, and the power available at your building. If you can spec it, we build it.
