Booth Features

Filtration

Standard fiberglass and pocket filters ensure clean air, effective overspray capture, and a safer work environment.

Fans

Air is exhausted out by a belt-driven tubeaxial fan, designed with an aluminum bladed propeller for low noise levels.

Lighting

Booths come standard with LED tube lights, featuring an output of up to 10,000 lumens each. Fixtures are all inside-access and Class 1 Division 2 rated.

Construction

Booths are constructed from 18-ga galvanized steel. Panels come pre-punched for easy nut-and-bolt assembly. Full installation instructions and 3D modeling in SolidWorks.

Booth Options

Open Faced or Enclosed

Available in open-faced or enclosed designs, our powder coating booths provide efficient airflow and overspray control—ideal for clean application and consistent results in any production setting.

Powder Coated Finish

Our booths can be powder coated for a durable, corrosion-resistant finish that’s easy to clean and built to last in demanding environments.

Recovery vs. Non-Recovery

Choose between recovery and non-recovery booth options—recovery booths reclaim excess powder for reuse, reducing waste and material costs, while non-recovery booths offer a simpler setup for lower-volume or color-change operations.

Filtration Options

Filtration options include 3-stage systems for effective overspray capture, HEPA filters for high-efficiency particulate removal, MERV-12 filters for enhanced air quality, and cartridge filters for extended life and easy maintenance—ensuring cleaner air, better finishes, and compliance with environmental standards.

Exhaust Options

Resulting clean air from filtration can be exhausted outside or recirculated back inside the system.

Oven Features

Direct Fired Heater

Our standard Direct Fired 1.5 Mbtuh Heater can be mounted on the side or top of the oven.

Extremely Quick Temperature Rise

Our powder coating ovens heat up to 500°F in under 10 minutes, reducing downtime and increasing throughput for faster, more efficient curing.

Control Panel - ETL Listed

Our standard Control Panel comes UL508A listed, certified by ETL, to ease the permitting process.

Burner Sized for High Performance

Many companies cut costs by skimping on the burner. We don't. Our burners are sized to drastically reduce cycle times, offer precise temperature control, better fuel efficiency, and consistent heat for reliable curing and reduced maintenance.

Construction

Ovens are constructed from double-skinned galvanized steel panels. Insulated with 6lb high-density, fire-resistant mineral wool. Components are designed to withstand up to 600F in temperature. Full installation instructions and 3D modeling in SolidWorks.

Oven Options

Drive Through Option

Ovens can be designed to allow for large equipment to drive in and out, of the working area, making transportation of parts much easier.

Sizing

We offer a wide range of standard Oven sizes, but they can be customized to any required size.

Adjustable Nozzles

Nozzles located throughput the oven, ensure heated air is evenly distributed throughout the oven. This ensures consistent finish quality.
