Refund Policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS: You may return a Product within 30 business days from the date of delivery by calling California Pulse Customer Service at 760-957-8819 – Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (Pacific), and a representative will assist You with the return. You will be responsible for any and all costs of shipping the Product to California Pulse and You will be liable for any loss or damage to the Product until its delivery at California Pulse’s facility. Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. You are responsible for inspecting the Product(s) upon delivery to make a timely request for a return.
