Our electric heater system for spray booths comes complete with an intake filter, fully insulated ducting, and a powerful 2HP blower to ensure efficient and consistent airflow. The system features a pulsing mechanism with pneumatic actuators, along with 2 slim towers at the intake end and 2 original towers with pneumatic doors at the exhaust end to optimize air distribution and containment. A built-in purge timer enhances safety by managing post-cycle ventilation. Designed for reliable performance and easy integration, this heater boosts finish quality while maintaining energy efficiency.
Controls Included
Controls include a VFD interface for the exhaust motor (supplied separately), enabling precise fan speed control for optimal airflow and energy efficiency.
Connection Points for all Required Interlocks
Equipped with connection points for all required interlocks, our air makeup units easily integrate with your spray booth’s safety and control systems. This ensures coordinated operation helping maintain compliance with safety codes.
