Features

ETL Listed

All spray booths are fully ETL-listed at no extra charge to ease the permitting process.

Filtration

Intake filtration consists of polyester filters tackified to ensure fine dust particles are captured and only clean air enters the booth. Exhaust filtration consists of fiberglass media for high-efficiency paint removal as air exits the booth.

Fans

Air is exhausted out by a belt-driven tubeaxial fan, designed with an aluminum bladed propeller for low noise levels.

Lighting

Booths come standard with LED tube lights, featuring an output of up to 10,000 lumens each. Fixtures are all inside-access and Class 1 Division 2 rated.

Construction

Booths are constructed from 18-ga galvanized steel. Panels come pre-punched for easy nut-and-bolt assembly. Full installation instructions and 3D modeling in SolidWorks.

Airflow Options

Cross Flow (Front Air Flow)

Air enters through filters at the front of the booth and flows horizontally over the product, exiting at the rear. A cost-effective option that requires no concrete pit.

Reverse Flow

Air enters from the rear of the booth and is exhausted near the entry doors. This layout helps keep the front of the booth clean and often incorporates heated air intake.

Modified (Semi) Down Draft

Air enters from the ceiling near the front and flows diagonally toward the rear exhaust. Offers better airflow than crossflow without the need for a pit.

Side Downdraft

Air flows from the ceiling down and exits through low sidewall exhaust plenums. Delivers a downdraft effect without requiring floor grating.

Full Down Draft

Air enters from the ceiling and flows straight down over the product, exiting through the floor. This provides the cleanest finish with minimal overspray contamination.

Equipment Options

Pressurized Booth

Intake fans or heated air makeup units supply filtered intake air into the booth, creating positive pressure. This helps keep contaminants out and ensures clean airflow for high-quality finishes.

Powder Coated Finish

Our booths can be powder coated for a durable, corrosion-resistant finish that’s easy to clean and built to last in demanding environments.

Seismic & Structural Engineering

Optional seismic and structural engineering is available to address local building codes and site-specific requirements.

Door Options

Choose from tri-fold, bi-fold, or roll-up doors to fit your space, workflow, and access needs.
