Powder Coat (Process) Ovens

Ovens can be used for a variety of processes:

• Powder coating
• Aerospace composite curing
• Burn off
• Drying (curing)

We manufacture both standard and custom process ovens that are available in either batch or continuous/conveyor designs.
Construction:

• Aluminized and galvanized steel
• Double walled panels insulated with 4" thick mineral wool
• Tongue and groove panel design allows for easy installation
• Doors are equipped with adjustable heavy-duty hinges
• Barn door style, sliding and other doors are available.

Heating System:

• We offer different sizes of heating systems
• Oven heaters range from 5,000cfm to 55,000cfm in capacity
• Heaters can be mounted next to or on top of the oven.  ​

Air Flow:

• Intake plenums are ceiling or wall intake mounted
•  Air flow is regulated through adjustable nozzles
• Heated air is evenly distributed through the oven
•  High temperature welded, forward curved fans
• Withstand up to 600F in temperature
• Fans handle static pressure well operate quietly
• Heat sensitive parts, motors, bearings, belts, etc. are located in the cool, ambient air.

• Through our line of dust collector modules
• Resulting clean air can then vent to the outside environment or 
• Is recirculated indoors through HEPA filters
• Booths can be Open Face or Enclosed
