Custom Indoor Automotive Spray Booths for Precision Painting

Our automotive line of spray booths are durable and flexible. Airflow options include:

  • Cross flow (front air flow) - air is drawn in through filters at the front of the booth, pulled horizontally, and exhausted out the back.

  • Reverse flow - air is drawn through filters at the back of the booth, pulled horizontally, and exhausted out the front.

  • Modified (semi) down draft - air is drawn in through a front section of ceiling filters, pulled horizontally, and exhausted out the back.

  • Side down draft - air is drawn in through ceiling filters running the entire length of the booth, pulled down vertically, and exhausted out the sides of the booth.

  • Full down draft - air is drawn in through ceiling filters running the entire length of the booth and pulled down vertically through a pit in the ground.

All booths are pre-punched for nut-and-bolt assembly, ensuring proper alignment during install. Additionally, they can be pressurized with one of our heated air makeup units or intake fans. All are ETL listed and come standard with LED light fixtures, no upgrades required.

Standard and custom sizes are available. Options include dual-skin panels, insulation, powder coating, tri-fold or bi-fold product doors, and drive-through setups. We offer multistage filtration and drop-down filters. Seismic and structural engineering stamped packets can also be supplied.

​Once ordered, projects are fully 3D modeled and come with complete installation and operating manuals.

Booth Features

  • Booths are constructed from 18-ga galvanized steel. Panels come pre-punched for easy nut-and-bolt assembly.

  • Booths come standard with LED tube lights, featuring an output of up to 10,000 lumens each. Fixtures are all inside-access and Class 1 Division 2 rated.

  • Air is exhausted out by a ​belt-driven tubeaxial fan, designed with an aluminum bladed propeller for low noise levels.

  • Intake filtration consists of polyester filters tackified to ensure fine dust particles are captured and only clean air enters the booth. Exhaust filtration consists of fiberglass media for high-efficiency paint removal as air exits the booth.

  • All booths are fully ETL-listed at no extra charge to ease the permitting process.
