Outdoor Spray Booths

An outdoor spray booth is a great way to conserve shop space and increase production. Additionally, there is no need to invest in a separate building to house the booth. It is designed to be weatherproof and standalone.

 

Our outdoor-rated booths are built to withstand severe conditions, including areas prone to earthquakes, snow, rain, or hurricane force winds. Each one comes fully engineered and stamped for your location.

 

Airflow options include cross flow (front air flow), reverse flow, modified (semi) down draft, side down draft, and full down draft styles. All booths are pre-punched for nut-and-bolt assembly, ensuring proper alignment during install. Additionally, they can be pressurized with one of our heated air makeup units or intake fans. All are ETL listed and come standard with LED light fixtures, no upgrades required.

 

Options include fiberglass insulation, drive-through, trifold, bi-fold, or roll-up doors. We also offer multistage filtration and drop-down filters. Strict temperature and humidity control can be provided. 

 

Once ordered, projects are fully 3D modeled and come with complete installation and operating manuals.​​​

Booth Features

  • Booths are constructed from 18-ga galvanized steel. Panels come pre-punched for easy nut-and-bolt assembly.

  • Multi-ribbed, outdoor-rated panels line the exterior sides and top. Various colors are available.

  • Booths come standard with LED tube lights, featuring an output of up to 10,000 lumens each. Fixtures are all inside-access and Class 1 Division 2 rated.

  • Air is exhausted out by a ​belt-driven tubeaxial fan, designed with an aluminum bladed propeller for low noise levels.

  • Intake filtration consists of polyester filters tackified to ensure fine dust particles are captured and only clean air enters the booth. Exhaust filtration consists of fiberglass media for high-efficiency paint removal as air exits the booth.

  • Seismic and structural engineering.

  • Full installation instructions and 3D modelling in SolidWorks.

  • All booths are fully ETL-listed at no extra charge to ease the permitting process.
