ETL Listed

All booths are fully ETL-listed at no extra charge to ease the permitting process.

Open Faced or Enclosed

Choose from open-faced booths for easy access and flexible use, or enclosed booths for maximum dust containment and enhanced safety.

Lighting

Booths come standard with LED tube lights, featuring an output of up to 10,000 lumens each. Fixtures are all inside-access and Class 1 Division 2 rated.

Construction

Booths are constructed from 18-ga galvanized steel. Panels come pre-punched for easy nut-and-bolt assembly. Full installation instructions and 3D modeling in SolidWorks.

Conveyor and Crane Slots

Integrate directly with your booth, providing a seamless way to move heavy items in and out. This means less manual labor and more time for painting, boosting your productivity and efficiency.

Powder Coated Finish

Our booths can be powder coated for a durable, corrosion-resistant finish that’s easy to clean and built to last in demanding environments.

Liners

Gum rubber or neoprene liners protect booth panels from abrasion and impact during sanding or blasting operations. These durable liners extend booth life, reduce maintenance costs, and help maintain a cleaner, safer work environment.

Polycarbonate Lenses

Polycarbonate Lenses for light fixtures and door windows provide enhanced impact resistance and durability. These lenses protect against dust, debris, and damage, ensuring clear visibility and long-lasting performance in demanding sanding and blast booth environments.

Filtration Options

Air can be filtered through two stage filters or through our line of dust collector modules. Resulting clean air can then vent to the outside environment or is recirculated indoors through HEPA filters
